We employed Elite Build to build our first home in 2008. The fact that we used Matt and his team to build our second home in 2011 speaks volumes for itself. After initially dealing with some larger building companies, we found Elite Build a breathe of fresh air, not to mention cost effective. Matt was very approachable and happy to explain the building process in laymen’s terms. He was always receptive to our ideas and was willing to help us explore these. Matt works well with his network of sub contractors to ensure they all produce quality work. We were always kept informed of progress and any issues as they occurred; these were always accompanied by suggested solutions. Matt has built both our homes to an exceptionally high standard of workmanship. His attention to detail is outstanding. Matt was more than happy to follow up on any small issues that arose after completion, he really does stand by his work. We have a beautiful home and really appreciate how easy Matt and his team made the process for us. At this stage we are unsure if there will be a third house, but if there is Elite Build will be constructing it.We highly recommend Elite Build to anyone considering building.
